A study was conducted on the effects of EMS fitness on abdominal strength, endurance, and circumference. The participants were 40 adults, and the experimental period was 8 weeks. Among them, 16 people in the control group were prohibited from exercising for 8 weeks, while 24 people in the EMS fitness experimental group were prohibited from performing any abdominal exercise during the experimental period, using only EMS. Three sets of data were collected before, during, and after the experiment. Each set of data included abdominal isometric contraction strength (collected using an isokinetic muscle strength tester), muscle endurance (ACSM abdominal roll test), abdominal circumference measurement, and a questionnaire survey of participants' self satisfaction. The results showed that in the EMS fitness experimental group, abdominal strength increased by 58%, abdominal muscle endurance increased by 100%, and waist circumference decreased by 3.5cm. At the same time, all participants in the group thought their abdomen became more tight, and 13 of them (54%) thought their posture became more upright.
